I am so proud of myself!  Sarah suggested making Madi a bean bag chair cover for her birthday.  Problem:  the bean bag chair is 3000 miles away and I have no pattern.  How to make one??  Solution!  I found a free pattern on-line!  Then my wonderful husband helped me transform an 8 1/2 x 11″ pattern into one huge 47″? by something pattern.  And ultimately this was translated this week into one very nice chair cover, complete with some appliqued hearts.   Maybe Madi will send me a picture of herself ensconced in her chair with new cover and then I can show you my great creation!
