Traveling on Monday, February 28th near Bluffton, Ohio . . .

Somewhere under the water (in the picture) is Route 75.  I think you can see the on and off ramps on either side of the picture, if you look carefully.  We took one detour earlier and then waited a long time at this point before we realized it was flooded.  We had to turn around and go to the next exit.  We accomplished about ten miles of interstate-equivalent in an hour and a half.
